    New year cycle Well in 2 weeks

    Stats:
    23
    5'10
    185lbs
    12-14%

    Cycle Experience 2x
    1. Test E 250mg 3.5 days

    2. Test prop 1-10 100mg ED
    Tren A 1-8 75-100mg ED (went up because no BAD sides)


    NEW YEARS CYCLE

    1-10 Test prop 100mg ED
    1-8 Tren A ( starting at 75mg and moving up depending on sides)
    1-6 wini 20mg ED ( Should i do it longer? beginning of cycle or end?)
    also i probably be taking milk thistle or something for help my liver with taking wini


    PCT
    nolva 40/20/20/20


    Should start this in two weeks.

    Ill be cutting

    Diet is in check.

    have enjoyed great success with a Winstrol /Masteron /Testosterone cycle, but I suspect that replacing the Masteron in that cycle with Trenbolone would prove more beneficial for most bodybuilders seeking to get ripped.


    Winstrol & Stanozol Use Effects

    I ran Winstrol for about 3 months (12 weeks) at a dose of 100mgs Every Other Day (along with Test prop at 125mgs, every other day) and I suffered no ill-effects.



    So should i up my dose to 50mg every day?


    as far as PCT, i used nolva only on my last cycle and it was fine. I guess I could throw clomid in there also.

    Or should i get some HCG also and toss that in through my whole cycle to the last two weeks. never done HCG or know much about it at all.

    I can't comment on the cycle but have a question .

    According to your stats you haven't met your natural potential and have ran two cycles .
    One bigger than the other . Now you wanna add a third compound .

    My question is what did you weigh two cycles ago ?
    Did you not make gains running other cycles that adding more AAS is needed ?

    First cycle i was I believe like 155? got up to 170 maybe 175? I stopped lifting for a year because I got SUPER busy with school, work, girlfriend you know. all that. Dropped down to 165. I know Big loves to do his research and will see I asked about my first cycle in 2008. Then my next cycle in 2009, near aug i believe. Went from 165 to 195. on my last cycle. now I am currently 185.

    My goal is to get to 205 ish maybe 215? Im not looking to enter into the next Mr America or bench 400 lbs. (thought while on roids last cycle i was at 315). Just like to look good.

    And to answer your question dont wanna be old. I made solid gains, just between my first and 2nd cycle I lost everything, Was just skinny, no muscle. So my 2nd cycle was more like my first again since I lost EVERYTHING i did gain.

    My First cycle was in 7/2008
    2nd cycle was in 9/2009 ( i think i started in 7/2008 or 8/2009 )

    as you can see from the very first picture on my Test P + tren A page. To the Last post that i updated today with a picture. I had pretty decent results I think.

    With this knowledge , I would suggest reusing previous cycle and staying committed .
    The reason bodybuilders add more of different AAS is they have plateaued . The 2nd cycle could have been straight test and been beneficial .

    I can't speak for BIG but I doubt he would advocate you using AAS to make up for lack of commitment .

    I think you will make gains on your cycle but would benefit greatly by getting diet critiqued in the diet section .

    Oh I am commited when I am on roids but when I am not I am not so much. I guess because school comes up and work two jobs. My diet is usually a lot of chicken and tuna and egg whites. Oats in the morning and. Usually a chicken subway sandwich on wheat . Usually had two grams of protein for my body weight.

    My personality I love trying new things. Sky dived. New foods. New countries. When I was younger new drugs and now new roids lol

    No ill effects that you know about. Winny will wreck you lipid profile. 12 weeks is way too long to stay on winstrol.

    If you're not commited while you're off cycle then why bother even cycling? You'll lose most of your gains.....maybe even all. Get in you meals bro, year round, no excuses!

    Oh I still eat healhy I just don't lift four to five days a week like I use to. I gained thirty pounds from my last cycle and only lost ten lbs so I think I am doing ok this time
