    When to take D-bol.

    Hi I'm currently 20 years old 84kg/185pounds 186cm/6.1 height.
    This is my second cycle so far.
    The first one I did i simply took all of my daily D-bol early in the morning and then trained mostly in the evening, and i kinda had the feeling things could be better, so I was hoping that a more experienced user could tell me when is best to take D-bol in the day?
    Morning/3-6h before training split doses?
    The cycle i started a few days ago is as follows:
    6weeks of D-bol of which 4 will be 35-40mg/day.Other is 500mg Test Enth E/W for 8 total weeks.

    Firstly dude, your too young to be cycling - you could stuff yourself up royally. But if you like fusing growth plates and not having your dick work properly for the rest of your life thats up to you.

    Secondly, 8 weeks of test-enan is too short, should be 12.

    Lastly if your still going to go ahead with this, which you shouldnt, split dbol into even dosages 4-6 hours apart, as thats the half life of Dbol.

    great cycle, simple and effective. The d-bol can actually be run 2 different ways to be effective. #1- split evenly in separate dosages throughout the day #2- take it all 1 hr before the gym. Blood levels shift more by taking it just once daily, but the peak concentration is higher during gym time, and water retention isn't as bad running it like this. Its an old school way to use Dbol , as a first timer though, I would recommend splitting dosages throughout the day. Good luck

    Berserker88--I'll see how things are at the end of week 8, if everything is good I may consider prolonging the cycle with another 2-4weeks of Test.

    With DBOL we dose
    AM/NOON/PM and 45-60min before training.

    i would split it up through out the day to keep blood levels from fluctuating. i usually take a double dose an hour before i work out. i tried taking in one dose per day and found it to be more uncomfortable

    In humans your Endocrine system is not fully functional until an average age of 25yrs, although the main development is up to around 21yrs it still fluctuates a little bit up to its fully functional age. There is a risk of permanently damaging your HPTA if you take AAS to young and you could end up with symptoms of andropause and HRT for life. Symptoms could be Limp dick, low libido, depression, low energy, low endurance, erection problems and many more but.......are these the types of symptoms you want to have in your 20's?. Believe me its hard to cope with these in your 40's yet alone in your prime of your life.
