indeed, I would think any 18 year old that was blessed with the amazing genetics to exceed what most pros have at his young age would be thrilled to post pics, hell they would be posting pics in every post. the "why would I lie" is played out, every lying kid we get here asks that. it's simple, liars lie because they are liars.

How come you're not on stage with those stats?
If youre not going to post up pictures, then why dont you post up your weekly diet with evething broken down. With those stats, you must have an immaculate diet.

I corrected myself in the other thread about the seven thing it was that this summer but i was also 245-250..i got it tested about a week ago and it was just over 10 so im calling it 11% which is fine for bulking.

Uhh not really..im not that serious yet i mean i have a diet but its not as strict right now it doesnt matter but it goes something like this on a daily basis.
Also i just got a computer this week, ill probably get a camera next week so i can get some pics up. If you're not going to believe me than dont even waste your time and just leave the thread. Thats perfectly ok with me.
Anyways, i eat every two to three hours.
Meal one
1 cyto gainer shake with
1 1/4 cup oatmeal
10oz orange juice
1 tbsp natural adams peanut butter
1 medium sized bananna
Meal two
10 Oz lean steak
two cups brown rice
two tablespoons olive oil
Meal three(pre workout)
10 Oz chicken breast
Two cups white rice
all my vitamins, N.o. synthesize and five grams arginine ten grams glutamine five grams leucine
Meal four(post workout)
1 cyto gainer shake
10 0z of orange juice
medium bananna
One and ahalf hours later..
10 oz flank steak
two cups brown rice
16 oz water (atleast)
Meal five
10 oz chicken breast
2 cups oatmeal
one cup steamed brocolli
16 oz water (atleast)
Meal six(pre bed time)
50grams casein protein mixed with my flaxseed oils and a little bit of olive oil
1tbsp natural adams peanut butter..
On days that i dont have the best appetite i will sub a cyto gainer shake in for one more of the meals but havent been doing this lately.

sorry im not posting pictures of my ruined back and chest (acne) great rational on why i would lie guys...makes tons of since. ever consider the fact that i may be insecure about my acne? i dont even take my coat off when i train yes im big, but i am PLASTERED with acne and until i get that under control im not too keen on showing my shit off. take it how you want. if you guys are just going to keep calling me a liar just close the thread. seriously.

i would love to do that. they suck but who cares..i will this week for sure. im going to prove to you guys im not a liar since so many of you think i am..i do do legs but only curls and extensions so i really dont consider myself doing legs cause in my opinion if you dont squat you dont do legs and thats something i cant do AT ALL

Arnold was 250 in the off season at your bf and 235 on stage at your bf. Granted, you are slightly taller. Either way, at age 18 you have accomplished a bigger, leaner, and all around better physique than he has after numerous years of training, dieting, and usage of gear.

im not built like him though. my stuff is nowhere near mature and my chest and biceps arent like his at all. i mean my peaks are almost identical to lou ferrignos but not as good or to that stage yet if that makes sense...like thats what my peaks could look like maybe at his age cuz i have the elonged arm cause im taller..

I DONT HAVE A CAMERA. i am going to get one this week and post some pictures! i was planning on some pics just in gym clothes..im more cut than that guy you guys showed and my stuff just looks different obviously cause we are too different type of lifters and diets...once i get my camera im probably just going to post everything even with my back and chest the way it is i want to get some of the vets in here for a critique anyhow so whatever. i dont know you guys so what does it matter. why kind should i get if i just got a macbook pro? i want something that will be very easily compatible with this laptop and EASY to use but HIGH QUALITY pictures..

Don't do it bud. Wait. You are still in development. Even if you wait just a few more precious years and get your body developed to its fullest natural potential - you'll be so much better off. I'm not just worried about your health, but if you're trying to bodybuild just look at Trey Brewer - he's done man. I guarantee you he's fried his body. After that Excalibur show he did, everything has been down hill. Too much too soon. I know you don't want to hear this from us. But if its makes things better, I could care less what you do - thats your business. The point I'm trying to make has nothing to do with your health - its about reaching your FULL potential. Let your body atleast finish growing man - and you are still growing.
Believe me man you'll be that much more of a force to reckon with if you give it just a little more time!

At 6'4" 272 with 7% body fat why would you want to start a cycle? Especially if you are concerned with acne now. I am 57 and have been on HRT for 2 1/2 years and for the first time in 40 years i have to worry about post injection break-outs. Try dessiccated liver, you can get it at any supplement outlet and it knocks the hell out of female hormones (which are naturally present in a male body)

Height: 192cm (about 6' 4")
Weight: 99-101kg, (220-230lbs)
And here is a pic of me bellow.
And THAT IS 100% NATURAL, no roids at all made me look like that. So i would like to see what you look like if you are actually cut up and 270 pounds, otherwise you sound like those fat people that think they are muscly when in fat its fact. Im not having a go at you, but just wanna know what up.
