    test E, EQ and tren cycle (input please)

    24 y/o
    240lbs
    bf ?
    6' 1"

    im cutting weight right now..im gonna get down to 220-215 before i jump on again. im eating clean: chicken, mahi, swordfish, tilapia, eggs and shakes are my sources of protien. green veggies and some fruit are the only carbs i take in and my fats are coming from almonds and natty pb.
    pro: 375 g
    carbs 125-250 g
    fats: not sure but it aint much

    1-15 test E 500mg
    1-12 eq 400mg
    6-13 tren 100mg eod

    just let me know what i should change and if anyone has done a similar cycle ide like to hear about your results.

    Healthy fats are just as important as Carbs and Protein in a diet, head over to the Diet section and do some research on a balanced diet. We need fat in our diet to help move the hormones throught the body as well as other great benefits.

    Im not a fan of eq and dont like the weeks 6-13 plan for tren a. Run from the start or save for another cycle

    Not a fan from all I have read about it and members feedback.

    Winny seems to make more sense.

    its around 100-125 g a day

    yea i knows its up there but i dont plan on starting till i get it down to about 10 or 12.

    i honestly havent gotten any blood work done...i got my dock to write a script for one but i havent had time to find a doctor where i live now.

    I actually don't mind the cycle at all... (or the compounds you've choose)... however, these are the changes I would have made to it ^^

    EQ has to be run at a very high dosage to get desired results IMO. Especially when just stacking it w/ test for the first 2 1/2 months. I would run the tren -A all the way up to PCT; while you're waiting for the Test-E to clear your body.

    If you're concerned about libido issues while waiting for Enan-ester to clear your system you could always incorperate some test-prop (IE)

    Test Prop (weeks 16 - 17) @ 150mg EOD

    what if i were to run the tren earlier on in the cycle...ive never used eq before..i read its good for lean gains over a decent amount of time...ive liked the results ive had from tren and test in the past so i thought ide add a new compound in and see what happens

    if you go from 240lbs to 215lbs and at 240 lbs you are 18 persent bf, getting down to 215 will not get you to 10 persent body fat... (yes there are a lot of factors like how much lean muscle you put on druing cycle and more BUT) that is an un realistic goal.

    getting blood work done will show where you are now with your male blood numbers, chol good and bad, psa test, and bound and free test, puitary gland and such... very important no a must if you want to do this right!

    the eq is fine if you have used it in the past and have grown from it or like it for some reason... imo it is a waste and money should be spent on something that will beni you much better -

    the tren should be run at a higher dose. depending on you tollerance to the sides. right now you are eod with 100 mgs that is about 300 a week... not enough in my op you need to be 500 mgs at least.

    and some one mentioned winny with the tren - YES!!!!!! just finished 200 mgs of winny a week with 600 mgs of tren and test e/p and bro i am all ripped up and vascualr and a road map!! the cuts in my arms and shoulders chest and abs are suprising!!! but when i started the winny it was at the bf in my avatar 12% ish maybe just a touch lower.

    so remember steroids are not to be just taken they are to be under stood then used with diet and training correctly

    hit search - put in diet videos - click a few till you find marajuania or what ever the name is then watch the 5 video links provided - milos will tell you all about food and diet... to see why that is not the greatest idea/diet

    someone asked and i just through out a number for them...cause i really have no idea what it is. as of now im in the middle of the before and after (well after and before) photos...i want to jump on after i get back to where i was...im actually gonna take it to beyond that before i do and those after pics are me at 215-220

    now and then pic is 14 % ish and 18 - 20 % ish... that was at 220 lbs... ???

    now you are 240 lbs that is 20 % +

    new idea - diet, clen and cardio for the next 4 months then use you aas...

    the picture that is split is me at 215-220 w/ the before of me at 260 then the single shit im 215-220 none of those are recent pics of me....i read what i wrote wasnt sure if you understood what i meant...my bad

    sounds like a good anabolic combo to me. i like to kick start with dbol or drol but it sounds like a cycle that would yield good results.
