    t3 for fat loss?

    k i wanna use t3 to lose some fat, im not going to be taking anything with it, has anyone just used t3 and had good fat lose?? any sideeffects? 6'6 275 bla bla bla training experince if ur that interested look at my old posts.

    i would look into diet...t3 is no joke and you will loose muscle if you dont run something with it..personally i like t3 but it gives you a flat look and when your on it even when on a cycle it will kill any chances of making decent gains in that cycle, you will maintain but to gain will be very hard

    aright well il eat a shit ton of protein and yea i researched it, its pretty erious stuff. i do realize i would lose some muscle, but i think it would be beneficial to lose that fat, and i can build that muscle back upif its bad. Besides ill be rung a cycle after i get off f t3. so what ya think?? also i will be using a low dosagelike 25 mcg a day

    im on 60mcg right now i feel and look flat as a pancake i cant wait to get of the stuff man i cant handle looking so flat.

    the fat loss in my opinion is minimal nothing drastic still need to do cardio and have a good diet.

    Diet, Cardio, Diet, Cardio, Diet, Cardio.... T3 is almost not worth it. You should be on cycle when you run it or you will loose even more muscle with out the gear helping you to hold on to every precious ounce. I've used T3 in the past along with some decent over the counter fat burners, but I really think it was all the extra cardio and a very clean diet that got me ready for my show. Never understimate the power of cardio! Esp. on an empty stomach in the morning!!! A little trick I learned is to put some glutamine in your water jug ( I like to use a little crystal light as well ) and sip on it all day long. I'll load up a gallon of water with 25-30 grams of glutamine. This will really help you from loosing muscle - trust me it really helps. That and a popping a few winnies every day!

    fucccccc* k well there goes that idea, im not truing to lose tht much muscle, and not even lose a considerable amount of fat

    Ive been on t3 at 100mcg per day for almost 4 weeks now and i have lost a lot of fat and barely any muscle if any, (on 500-750mg test /week) and actually i've made significant gains and i am only 4 weeks into my test cycle. But my diet is superb.

    well i just dont know what to do. I will have tmy cycle soon, so maybe just run a little bit at a time, and see ho it goes, iflike it after the first week, then ill stop takin it.

    you could also try using clen for some quick fat loss, or clen and t3 together make a powerful combo.

    dont clen on hand only t3. gonna take a small doasage of 25cged, and see how it goes, wish a brother luck

    dont bother 1ith 25mcg, your body whould be naturally producing 12.5-50 or so mcg a day (depends on person) so i would at least do 50mcg.
