    2nd cycle

    hey guys .

    Dont have much time so ill be really brief

    Gonna start my bulking cycle now before summer and thinking of running sustanon 250 + equipoise

    Sustanon 750g per week

    Equipoise 500g (not really sure.. what u recommend for this?) per week

    For 11-12 weeks

    And nolvadex for pct.

    im at 19% body fat 1'80 height 193 pounds.

    Basically , im more interested in the results of this cycle and whether its a good stack or not .

    height i mentioned was 1'80 ... what u suggest for 19% bf ??? its around 19-20% to be exact

    what is that? 180 centimeters?

    What do I suggest for 19% body fat? I suggest cutting with diet and cardio before you cycle. If you start bulking at 20% bf, you're going to be borderline obese by the time you're done.

    yeah centimeters sorry ..... yeah i understand what u mean but i am doing cardio and on a clean diet and lost 7% bodyfat in the past 4-5 months .Reading up on Sustanon 250 it mentions that it does give u muscle mass and strength but also is a fat burner and does a good job of it my logic was start now .. have sustanon help u burn some fat easier and be on the cycle aswell .

    well, if you're cutting fat now, then good work.

    I'd say keep at...the lower you get, the better position you will be in to build quality muscle.

    don't rely on drugs to get you cut at this point.

    Thanks for the help ,

    I do have 2 more questions which i found various answers to and not yet sure .. if u dont mind ?


    1) In some forums i saw people say that u should be eating carbs when on a cycle during the day only ... others say to stay away from carbs and stack protein while on cycle . Which one is it ? My current diet is low carb/very high protein . No carbs after 19:00 pm.

    2) Alot of people mention not to do cardio when on a cycle . Many others say to do around 45 mins of cardio atleast 2-3 times a weeks .


    Sorry if these questions sound a bit stupid but seriously .. ive searched forums endlessly and couldnt get a solid answer to these simple questions .. or atleast a good explanation to them .

    everyone will react differently to diet, especially carbs, so you're just going to have to experiment with your diet and see what works for you. Some people can eat 500g carbs a day and not gain any fat; others, like myself, need to be more cautious with their carbs. But, in general, yes carbs will help you grow.

    Cardio on cycle (or anytime for that matter) is very important, imo. Not only does it keep any excess fat at bay when you're consuming extra calories, but it also works your most important muscle....your heart.

    I would bump up the eq to 600mg-750mg and run it for 14 weeks.

    try to reduce this bf to something around 13% maybe before cycling.. a good low carb diet with some aerobic exercises and dedication will help you achieve this
    for the cycle I think that 500mg/wk of sust is ok for a 2nd time, if you are going to run 750mg in the 2nd, in the 5th you´ll be on 1.5gr
