do steroids seal spinal cartilage?
Steroids , du to the high estrogenic effects, fuse growth plates prematurely. however the spinals disks in your spinal never close naturally and thus height-increasing exercises focus on increasing this ammount of cartilage in order to grow bone in the back, making a taller stature. I probably closed my growth plates prematurely with my cycle of steroids, but can i still expect to gain height from those exercises or did the estrogenic effect close my spinal disks cartilages?
