    Deca while off cycle? Help please!

    I have been running this cycle

    Test E @ 500mgs/week(week 1-8)
    Tren A @ 300mgs/week(week 1-6)
    Dbol @ 40mgs/day(week 1-4)
    Arimidex @ .5mg/day(week 1-10)
    Clomid+Nolvadex normal therapy for week 10-14

    I'm on week 4, so I have time to change up a little bit. Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

    I have heard of some guys taking DECA during post cycle to help with joint soreness and strength, does anyone have any opinion on that?

    Please help!

    no one who has any idea what they are doing would take deca in post cycle.
    I also don't like long estered test for 8 weeks.
    I'll move this to the correct section where you will get some help...

    Yah, not much to add to what Big said.

    You don't want suppressive compounds in pct.

    Okay, I won't do Deca post cycle. Does anyone have suggestions on changing my cycle? How many weeks should I do Test E for, then? Can someone just type it in, please?

    I would love to go for that long, but my acne gets too bad to continue. Any suggestions?

    No go on the deca post cycle, dude. I feel your pain, as my joints were wrecked after my last cycle. They are feeling much better now. I've been on Orange Triad for a while, it's a multi-vitamin with other stuff in it such ass joint support, digestive stuff and immune system support. Check it out.

    As far as your cycle goes. The test-e needs to be run longer than 8 weeks...more like 12. Dbol should be finish in week 4. Tren and arimidex I won't comment on as I don't have any experience with those compounds.

    PCT looks good.

    switch to test prop, not sure why you went with test e and tren a

    I thought I was supposed to do a long estered test with a short estered tren . Anyone have suggestions on side effects???

    not sure where you got that info on esters but you can go either way, short with short, long with long or even short with long all that matters is when to start and stop each compound

    I am 5'11"
    I weigh about 195-200
    BF= about 9-12

    I have done 4 full stacks in the past.

    I eat every 2.5 hours really clean.
    Any model cutting diet that is on this site, I follow pretty much to a tee.

    ahh there goes the Age rearing its ugly head. Bro your too young and to be honest 3 years isn't that long. You should be able to get ur diet in check and do it naturally. give us an example of your diet...what did you consume today?

    Well, I don't have too much time now.

    Eat 4 eggs and 2 slices of whole wheat bread at 7

    lift at 8

    post workout shake at 915
    45 grams whey
    cup of oatmeal

    30 grams protein of salmon at 1030

    60 grams protein of chicken breast at 1230

    40 grams protein of tilapia at 3

    60 grams protein of steak at 5

    40 grams protein of turkey at 730

    1 cup of cottage cheese at 10(bedtime)

    around 2-4 oclock I wake up to pee and drink 40 grams of casien protein

    I don't have time to put all my macros and everything right now, sorry

    22 and you've done 4 cycles? What were these "full stacks" you've done?

    And that diet needs alot of work, man. You have no energy source in there at all. You can't live off just protein. You needs clean carbs and EFAs too, if you want to build muscle.
