Sus 250 and Clen
Just about to start this cycle, 2ml Sus 250 a week and 1ml a day of Clen , just wondering if this has been a success for many people for lowering bodyfat and gaining muscle mass.
23yr old
87kg
6ft
19% B/F
Don't have any specific goals in mind just lose a bit of fat and gain some muscle, any other info would also be good

Not only are you a little bit on the young side to start cycling, I think with a few tweaks to your diet and/or training, you could easily drop some body fat, add some lean mass, and so be in a much better position to build quality muscle when you do cycle.
