    More sust 250?

    Currently running 500 wk of sust and 300-400 of tren and a friend of mine said it is to little for the sust that i should hit it 3 x's a wk for a total of 750. What do you guys think?

    That's going to depend more on you, your experience, and your goals. Does the cycle require more sust? No, 500mg/wk is plenty.

    yea i dont think u need more to get good results. if i was running that amount of tren a wk and i was u i might up the susta bit but it's not that big a deal.
