    Best time of the day to take the following

    Is there any specific time to take the following?

    HGH - morning or split morning and afternoon if over 3IUs ed.
    Clen ?
    T3 ?
    Test E (2 X pw) ?

    pct
    Nolva ?
    Clomid ?

    Full or empty stomach. pre or post workout??

    Clen ? In the morning. when you increase the dose split it up am/and early afternoon. Avoid it around bedtime

    D7M, we have discussed my cycle before mate.
    i am not going to use all at once, just want to be educated on correct times for gear I will be using over the course...

    going to start with GH and Clen , then adding Test E after 4 weeks..

    Does it matter if any of this gear needs to be taken on full or empty stomach etc?

    Just checked your posts...ok, I remember you.

    You'll want to take the growth at least an hour away from when you eat any carbs. At least that's what I do: better safe than sorry.

    Full or empty stomach doesn't really matter, unless you notice your body doesn't react well to it on an empty stomach (maybe clen )

    I am usually up between 5 and 6am which I read was perfect time for GH.
    Should I take the Clen then or wait and have with breakfast?
    I do Oatmeal first, then about 15 min later drink a fresh juice of beet, carrot, celery, apple and ginger.
    First protein of the day comes a little later as I am too full to eat anymore.

    Have your clen with breakfast, or have it when you first wake up...if you like having the extra jolt to wake you up. You're over thinking this, man.

    And you best get some protein in you when you first get up, even if it's a shake.

    No more extra stimulants right??

    No problem, bro. Ask away.

    I would hold off on the caffeine until you see how your body responds to the clen .

    While caffeine and clen work by different mechanisms (clen is a beta 2 antagonist, and caffeine works by inhibiting adenosine production) both are stimulants, so pay attention to your body and asses your tolerance.

    We talked before about taking T3 with the Test E once I start that cycle after about 4 to 5 weeeks on GH. Should I then stop the Clen altogether?
    I realize the cycle of Clen should be 2 weeks on 2 weeks off right?

    Like I said, if you want to use some clen to drop bf before you cycle, that's fine.

    But I honestly don't think you need T3.

    Sounds like you are relying on alot of drugs to cut bf. I would play it safe, especially at your age. Clen/HGH/ and test are plenty enough to get you where you want to be if your diet is right.
