    Long time lifter 1st time cycle

    So im new to AAS i have many friends that use gotten advice and have done my own research for a few monthes, Im gunna start my first 12 week deca cycle in about a month. Ive been lifting for years on and off but ive been lifting religiously for a year now and wana get stronger. im currently 5'10 228lb 25% im gunna cut down to 215 before i start. i never want to be under 205. My diet is clean workouts 5 day split cardio 8 times a week. my question is diet because im cutting my daily intake is about 1500 cals give or take a 100 but when i start my cycle im gunna push it up to 2.5k i want to gain lean muscle more then just being bloated suggested for pro bodybuilders is 5k cals a day i know im not gunna eat that much and im not stacking like they do. if i get down to 215 and then back up to 230 id be plenty happy Any suggestions on eating.
    Lifting stats:
    Bench 315 x 5 350 max
    Squat 315 x 7 400 max
    dead lift 350 x 5 405 max
    Curl 145 x 8 165 max

    i wana push up bench squat and dead lift max by atleast 30-40lbs

    the advice you have recieved and the research u did led u to a 12 week deca cycle?

    real bad choice my friend.
    this cycle u [plan will fvk u up, more then u can understand at this point.

    u need to do alot more research and u will see that the cycle u propose is 100% wrong..

    Ok. A couple things.

    How old are you?

    You don't want to run deca only.

    You're going to need to cut down alot more than that before you start your cycle, since you're at 25% bf now. And cutting your cals to 1500/day is NOT the way to do it. I'm curious what your diet is like now, if you're doing cardio 8x's a week and still holding on to that much fat.

    You also didn't mention anything about pct in there. Do you have one planned?

    im 23, diet now is
    45 min morning cardio +post shake w/ water
    2 hrs later banana + a teaspoon of Peanut butter +shake with milk
    lunch- 1.5 chicken breasts with spinich salad or cottage cheese
    lift session + 20 min cardio-post protein shake+ 12 almonds
    dinner + some sort of lean protien with a salad
    i take daily multi vitamin b12 b9 vitamin c 2 *****-3's (morning and afternoon) and a daily mineral

    pct im still looking into any advice?

    I'd seriously think those stats are bs, and your too young to cycle, and ur bf rate is way too high. if your gonna cycle test is ur base.

    230lbs - 60 lbs fat = 170 lean muscles, and curling 80 pounds per arm.. dirrr lol

    ^^I don't think you're eating enough in the first place, and I don't see how you could be eating that little, doing cardio like that and still holding onto fat. Your diet needs a re-haul. Go start a thread in the diet forum. You're eating too little, you have very little EFA, and almost no carbs.

    Most people will tell you to have test as a base. When you use suppressive compounds without adding exogenous test, you'll often experience the sides of a male with low testosterone : lack of libido, lack of sexual performance, lethargy, etc.

    You have a lot of work, and a lot of reading to do before you're ready to cycle, imo. but you're in the right place. good luck....

    where does it say 80lb each arm curl?
    i read he does 145 x 8, which isnt all that heavy.

    and he said he knows he has to cut down..

    u have not added one thing to this thread...

    75-75 = 150 whatever, dosen't matter, I've added test was his base, what have you added? nothing. other then critisising my oppinion.

    ur opionion sucked man. that was my point.
    i dont want to get into a pissing match, i just feel we should try to be productive to the OP.
    and calling his stats out, and what he lifts was not productive as there really wasnt anything wrong with them.

    Sorry for the sidestep in this thread, wont happen again...
