    heavy breathing when on.

    does any of you other guys breathe heavy when on? im on test and deca and man,sometimes i breathe like a fat ass. winded very easily also.i only noticed it when it was brought to my attention.its true.iwas in the bathroom one day and my kids lik,"dad what r u doin in there u sound like your running" my brother is the same way also.i dont do any cardio i couldnt even uf i wanted to.anybody else ever experience this?

    Have you put weight on?
    Why dont you do cardio?

    oh yeah ive put on about 25 lbs. not my first cycle or first time w/ this problem i just never do cardio never done a cut cycle always been bulked up. ive thought aboout starting doing some cardio but like i said id be out of breath on a halfmile long treadmill walk.my brother is the same too.hes been doing bodybuilding shows for the last 4 yrs.

    Your have put on 25lbs!! thats why then, do some cardio

    You really need to start doing some cardio...your heart is one of your most important muscles.

    If you keep packing on a high caloric diet with no cardio you're eventually asking for trouble.

    what type of cardio routione do you guys suggest i try.?

    If your struggling just start off with 3 times per week and try and increase each session as much as you can.

    what type of routine do you think,though? running, walking,howlong?before or after w/o etc. have very little experience w/ cardio hatte to sound like a dumbass but need a lil help thanks for input

    If you have never done it just start off with fast walking and maybe a little jogging to see how it goes. Then push yourself a little bit each session.
