    vitamine b6 500mg/day

    the only b6 vitamine i can find is 100 mg / ampule in the pharmacy if i should take 500mg/day as stated in this site cycles does that mean 5 ampules per day for two months!!!

    I believe they meant oral B6. Injections require much smaller dosages.
