Ok so i'm 24 6'1 200lbs. I took a 10wk cycle of test300 and deca300 about a year ago and got off. I am looking to start a new cycle now and want some mass and lean as well. I am planning on doing a 10 wk cycle of this:

150-250 grams Protein/day
Tren E - 300mg/wk
Deca - 300mg/wk
Test E -350mg/wk

I was wondering your thoughts on this as well as any other information you might have. Also what is the best way to do a PCT? I did not do one the first time. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
