I took 2 x 200mg of Test E per week.

How long before I notice a dropoff in performance at the gym?

What % of gains can I expect to lose?

I am not doing any PCT as I have nothing to do it with. :-(

why dont you?

doing pct, keeping your training up, and keeping your diet in check - helps keep as much of your gains as possible.....

you're all worried about losing strength, but dont want to get what is needed to do pct?

I don't know what to get for PCT, now do I know how to get it.

In terms of diet and gym work, nothing will change.

dude you should never have cycled with no pct plan.

youre gonna lose all u have gained,plus you could really screw up your body this way.

you still have time to get the stuff.

everyone here recomends

100/50/50/50 for clomid (mg/day)
40/20/20/20 for novla (mg/day)

get on it man

You could permanatley shut down you HPTA forever..And if i have to tell you what that is then you should not have done a cycle in the first place..After a month or so with no PCT then you will lose all your gains..you will start to feel lethargic,loss of apetite,energy, a huge drop in libido, and possibly have trouble getting erections..should have planned this out a little more bro..how old are you?

It restores your bodys production of test..and kickstarts your HPTA..If your diet stays the same, with your training intensity then you could possibly keep a lot of your gains.and yes prevent a lot of those sides from occuring..and i forgot to mention depression.. It happens a lot bro..even with a proper PCT program.I would research a lot on PCt for a couple days..Wherever you got your test from they should be able to get a hold of PCT..Nolvadex and Clomid..Really how old are you?? that plays a role too.. and what are your stats please?? Age? BF%? Ht? Wt? years training exp ?

Put an order in for PCT meds stat. until they arive read up on pct in proper section. Get some more test to maybe run another week if your pct meds don't come in time. What are your stats?
Let this be a lesson to any new people, make sure you have all pct meds before starting any cycle.

Go see a doctor be honest and tell them you have fuc ked up, tell them you need Nolvadex and Clomid and take it in the suggested dosage given in this post or reasearch pct, Just be straight up with them . Otherwise go onto the site up top right hand corner on this site , Ar-r .

^That means you would take 100mg of clomid everyday for the first week, and 50mg of clomid for the weeks following. Same with the nolva doses.

Just order it from ar-r .com and do some research for your next cycle.

You'll need a bottle of each. You just take it out in a syringe to the required amount and squirt in ya mouth (No needle on the syringe lol)

It's coming from the states so if you're not from there get on the job soon. I've not read every post that's been written here but you start PCT 2 weeks after you're last shot of Test e as it's a long life ster.
