Ok... been reading for a few weeks now and I think I have some resemblance of a plan..

Some stats;
age: 33
height: 5ft 10
Weight: 177lbs
Body Fat: 19%
Exercise: Lifting since high school, last 4yrs aggressively. 4 days a week, I'm lifting in the am and doing cardio at night.
Diet is pretty good, at a 2 to 1 protein to carb ratio.
Goals: 5-10lbs of solid gains
Concerns: side effects (hair loss, gyno, shrunken nuts, loss of libido, etc)

I've taken all sorts of OTC supplements and proteins, but this would be my first attempt at a cycle.

I may be going a little overboard on the Letro.. if so, please let me know. Also, I'll be using Nizoral shampoo, saw palmetto, multi-vitamin, and taurine (for the clen ).
