    Just for fun

    I made this cycle just for the fun of it. Don't plan on running it, but thought I would test out my knowledge. Let me know what you think.

    I had one of my friends in mind when I made this cycle his stats are something like...

    age: 24
    wt: 235
    ht: 5'11''
    BF%: 14-16%
    training experience: a very long time... working for his pro card in strong man
    Nutritional experience: very good understanding

    He also loves EQ which is why I popped it in there.

    Wk 1
    Test E: 500mg twice a week (Kick-start)
    EQ: 400mg twice a week (Kick-start)
    Wk2-7
    Test E: 250mg twice a week
    EQ: 300mg twice a week
    WK7-11
    Test E: 250mg twice a week
    EQ: 300mg twice a week
    Winny: 50mg ED
    Wk11-13
    Test E: 250mg twice a week
    Winny: 50mg ED
    Wk 14
    Nolva: 40mg ED
    Clomid: 100mg ED
    Wk15
    Nolva: 20mg ED
    Clomid: 50mg ED
    Wk16
    Nolva: 20mg ED
    Clomid: 50mg ED
    Wk17
    Nolva: 20mg ED
    Clomid: 50mg ED

    *AI taken .25mg EOD if gyno prone or .25mg ED when symptoms arise then .25mg on injection days if not gyno prone
    **cycle assist/liver support to be taken with winny(if oral)

    what makes it "rubbish" the fact that I was bored so I typed out a cycle, or it's just a shitty cycle?

    It looks like a basic test/EQ cycle. With 4 weeks of winny at the end.

    I guess it's not his first cycle if he likes EQ, so what were his other cycles?

    I'd think for a strongman competition he'd go a different route than test/EQ.

    He has only run two other cycles... hes currently on an test winny cycle so I made this considering that he doesn't have many compounds under his belt. He did an EQ solo cycle for his first cycle because he didn't know what he was doing, but he really liked it.

    What route is better for a strong man? I thought winny was pretty choice in gaining strength.

    And the winny is run from wk 7-13 would you run winny for longer than 6 wks?
