another cycle plan. yay or nay?
stats: 5'8" 170lbs, 24 yrs, 6 years training.
okay, i'm planning a "full on" bulk cycle this time. all my previous cycle have been very small type cycles. please let me know if i'm good to go or if i should make any adjustments.
1-10 test e @ 500mg a week
1-10 deca @ 250mg a week
1-6 dbol @ 40mg a week
1-10 arimidex @ .5 a day
and this is not including pct. i'm comfortable with that. just quick yays or nays. and why... thanks guys... and yes, i know 170 is light, that's why i wanna run a good bulk cycle finally.

deca needs to be run for at least 12 weeks to be effective. go 12 weeks deca @ 400mg per week and 14 weeks of test E at 500mg per week.
Also, Deca is a progestin so it screws with ur prolactin levels. get caber.

i would
a. run deca for 12 weeks
b. run the test one week longer than the deca
c. maybe up the deca dose (not too familiar with deca)

Agreed. I would run the test for 14 weeks, and the deca for 12 weeks.
BTW, 250mg/wk of deca is a big low for a "full out bulker bro" -- ~200mg/wk is considered a therapeutic dosage of deca (for lubricating the joints, etc.) and not a bodybuilding dosage.
I would raise it to ~ 400mg/wk.
Also, .5mg/ed of a-dex is heavy bro... Most run 0.25mg/eod... Is there are reason why you have it that high? are you extremely gyno prone or something??

No not at all gyno prone. I just wanted to be safe. But I'd rather make it .25 so it'll last me longer anyways. I was wondering about that. Thanks. That's good to know about the deca . It's my first time with deca so that's why I thought 250. But I might raise it now. Hmmm. Thanks guys!
