    Tren A/test prop short cycle

    Stats-
    Age: 27
    Height: 5'9"
    Weight: 180lbs
    BF%: 10-12%
    Cycles: 2 (test e/p, drol, Deca )

    Proposed cycle-

    wk 1-6:
    test prop 75mg/ED
    tren ace 50mg/ED

    Like the results I yield from short cycles. About to finish a test/drol 6wk cycle. Now, I would like to move onto tren. Ive used tren before but incorrectly. Any thoughts or suggestions?

    It normally takes about 2 weeks before I "feel" prop. Should I wait 2 wks after I inject prop before officially 'starting' my cycle? Otherwise the first 2 weeks of the six will essentially be without test, correct?

    5'9 180lbs 2 cycles under the belt.... kind of light IMO... How is your diet?

    I ran those 2 cycles before have my diet in tune. Never gained/kept much of anything. About 6 months ago, I laid down my diet hard when I understood that diet determined EVERYTHING. I'd say its good...now.

    I've seen good. And most the time it can be better.... Hows it look now?

    What were previous cycles? And gains?

    lol, yes, there's always room for improvement but...okay.

    Eat 8 meals a day, currently 500cal each meal. A daily diet example:

    meal 1: 1 cup oatmeal
    1 banana
    1 tbspn flaxseed
    2 scoops whey

    meal 2: 4 whole eggs
    2 slices of whole wheat bread (toast)

    meal 3: 1 8oz serving chicken
    1 large baked sweet potato

    meal 4: 6 slices of turkey breast
    1 slice of swiss
    2 slice of whole wheat bread
    lettuce, tomato mustard

    meal 5: PWO
    same as meal 1

    meal 6: 8oz beef
    1 large sweet potato
    salad

    meal 7: 6 whole eggs
    1 slice of whole wheat toast

    meal 8: 1 cup cottage cheese
    1 scoop casein protein
    1 cup skim milk

    Previous cycles:

    cycle 1: tren a 50/mg ED 6 weeks
    gained 10lbs
    kept 4-5lbs?
    length 4 weeks
    diet horrible

    cycle 2: test prop 150mg EOD
    deca 500mg week
    anadrol wk 100mg/ED
    gained 18lbs
    kept 8lbs
    length about 10 weeks
    diet horrible

    cycle 3: currently running 6 weeks
    75mg test prop ED
    drol week 1-4
    on week 5 now
    diet- about 4k cal a day.
    gained about 10lbs

    You did Tren -A alone as your first cycle? ouch bro! lol. That sucks.

    kk well basically I think your proposed cycle is absolutely fine. IMO I would probably run the cycle for 8 weeks, opposed to 6, but if you feel you can make & maintain solid gains from running 1.5 month cycle, then more power to you bro.

    LOL sorry at work.

    Im not a big shake guy.... And the slice of turkey... I would drop and add more solid meat to that.... Not bad though. Should calc it out in macros. I find it hard that some of them are 500 calories.

    Definitely agree with running it a little longer than 6 weeks though. I run short esters around 8-10 weeks usually. longer esters i usually run 12-14.

    You first cycle sucked!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

    I would plan your cycle for 8 weeks of tren and 9-10 weeks of prop, (I like to run my test long then my other compounds) if you feel during the cycle you want to stop at 6 weeks of tren that is up to you but if you only get 6 weeks worth of tren and want to run it longer you wont have enough.
    I like to get a couple of weeks long of my planned cycle just in case my gains are still going.

    Okay, honestly, I chose 6wks because I HATE PCT (who doesn't?) and wanted to minimize the duration of it. From prior cycle experience, Iv'e found that I've always seen most of my gains early in the cycle and taper off rather quickly. The eight week run will definately be considered. As suggested, I'll have 8 wks worth of gear just in case.

    C-z, as far as the shakes in the diet goes, like I always say: shakes are like politics, there's really not a right answer but merely an opinion. I focus on whole foods (excluding whey) to make them. Im at work 10+ hours a day and they make things a little easier.

    If you stop the tren -a cycle after 8 weeks, and say sust after 10, when should the PCT of nov/clom start?
