    Winstrol

    Can I take different brand of Winstrol ? In 1 bottle there are only 200 tablets (10mg) then I'm gonna buy 20 more tabs in other brand 5mg each is that ok?

    You neeed to eat more not use steroids . 5-7 149 with one cycle under your belt is not that good. hit up the diet section, you need to eat more.

    bro why are you trying to cut? 5-7 149 you need to eat. i am sensing you are not 25.

    3 weeks ago you wrote about a test and deca cycle and your goals be 175. If your goal is to lose bf or bulk to 175 you can do that naturally or close to it. Good luck man.

    i'm 25. i can scan my drivers license yeah but i've changed my mind coz gaining 25-30lbs is very hard for me. so i;m not into bulking anymore. and i'm gonna do modeling tahts why i need to cut more.

    Then i would suggest fine tuning your diet and possibly running eca or clen . Wether or not your trying to model or bulk man there is one key thing that you seem to be missing and thats how to eat. I suggest you figure out how to do that.

    yup yup. i know that but when i cycle im gonna use the right diet. i have a diet for the whole cycle already. so the problem is i dont know if i can take different kind of winstrol

    what do you have planned for pct, I know you think its a good idea at 149 at 5-7 what are your goals that you want to reach for modeling? I dont understand.

    nolva 6wks (20mg/day) & hcg (last 2wks on cycle and 2wks after cycle)

    yup. i know that. but if you adb007 thread. goals, i need to be very ripped. looka t adb007's photos ec we have almost the same stats

    Winstrol is winstrol. If you cut any more I might as well hang you up in my g/fs physical therapy class so they can discuss different bones in the human body. Because that is all you will be. Your diet is definitely lacking. DIET + CARDIO will yield the best results.

    Personally I don't think you would be happy with test e either. Too much bloat.

    As well as 149lbs.... dude.. I weighed that at 5'6 when I wasn't in the gym for 2 years. Do you eat? What is your diet? I am interested.

    If that you in your avatar. Looking good. But you definitely have room for growth. I wouldn't cut any more.

    Personally I hate models. They want models to be goddamn anorexic now and days.. Its so fricking unattractive. Well female models at least. I dont look at male models. LOL.

    You don't need any steroids as my boy said.... Your far to light. Steroids are to get over that hill you have been trying to climb... And your still at the bottom of it. No where near the top of the hill.

    good info above but I just to throw it out there, we all have our own individual "hills". I do agree with you and bjpen however

    I understand what you mean by our own individual hills. With everyones goals being different it obviously does change that "hill" slightly. But some things you have to accept. I remember weighing in at 150-160lbs at 5'6. I thought I reached my hill. Until I altered my diet, changed my routine, found what worked for me. And with just that alone I made my way to the 170-175lbs mark before even resorting to steroids . And I am happy I waited... Cause it was impressive once I did that first cycle. Gains were amazing. Now I had a fast metabolism and still do. If he is struggling at 149lbs and 5'7. His diet is purely off.

    I do understand what you mean though by our own hills. because we are all different. if not we all can be like coleman and cutler. But when I read stats. And see a guy at almost 6 ft weighing 170-180lbs. Purely their diet is off... Same for him at 5'7 and 149lbs. My friend weighs that and never touched a weight in his life.....

    yes my diet is not as good as you guys. i just eat anything that i like but i'm not into sweets or fatty foods. and i dont do cardio at all. i stop boxing coz i more enjoyed weight lifting is than boxing

    and my legs. my legs is only 20inches. its very thin for my upper body. coz my upper body is so big and really not proportion into my legs. si i think thats the another reason my weight is 149lbs.

    so you think if i use test e/winstrol it will not benefit? or nothing will happen to me? waste of money?

    The thing is, steroids are used to gain weight, and admit it or not, your hormone levels will just not as high as they were after a cycle. So you will try to use steroids for the wrong purpose, and then afterwards have an even harder time trying to cut down. So I would advise you go to the diet section and work out a very strong nutritional plan, and possibly try an ECA stack after that, mixed with good training and cardio, and you can reach goals many people thing unimaginable, steroids are not needed.

    this will be my diet:
    meal 1
    1 cup oats with 2 scoops chocolate whey + 2 stevia sachets
    1 glass water with pure lemon juice, ice and 2 stevia sachets
    1 hardboiled egg
    sometimes a fruit

    meal 2
    1 chicken breast + veg
    or
    protein shake + 1 fruit
    or
    tuna mixed with shredded apple

    meal 3
    2 chicken breast with veg
    or
    lean meat with veg
    and
    some "good fat" = olives, almonds, olive oil ect

    Gym

    meal 4
    post workout shake

    meal 5
    Chicken breast with veg
    or
    fish with veg

    meal 6
    lean meat

    CZ,you are 1000% correct. I couldn't agree more. I was supposed to start my first cyc this past jan but waited and took the advice given here and man the results are amazing. ..gonna waittill progress stalls to start cycle...
