    Gyno Question?

Now I am not sure I have gyno. Hard to tell with me, But when I shrug my shoulders forward, I get the puffy look in my nipple area. Now if this is gyno, It is from many years ago. There is no senitivity or lumps I can tell. I was thinking of trying letro to see if this may reduce the puffy look in my chest and flaten the nipple area more and tighen up my chest. Could a short run of letro to reverse and fix this and should I run it with my next cycle to help reduce the chances of a estrogen rebound. I have lost some considerable weight and bf% is like 14-15%. So I am thinking this may be my next step. I am hoping that it can be a quick fix. Thanks guys

check those two out, but i would not run letro unless i was on a cycle cause you will have no libido from what i have read.

If you really have already formed gyno and its been there for a while the only way to get rid of it is surgery unfortunately.

Thats what I figured. I think I may try it with my next cycle. Its just a slight puffyness. Like I said, no lumps or senitivity, just hoping that maybe the letro can fix the puffyness. The tissue under the nipple is still soft. Doesnt the surgery involve just removing the glans and this is the reason for the lumps people feel with gyno because the glans grow. Can the glans be removed under local ansthesia. This may be something I may look into.

I asked my dr to do that and he said he would not do it.

worth a shot next time you run a cycle. If you think you are gyno prone better to run lower doses of test, stay away from 19-nors and throw in a dht compound i feel like that helps. But that is just me.

sometimes the puffiness is just water to. I ran a cycle this summer it was a cutter i was doing tons of cardio and the puffiness in my one nipple went down x10.
