Hi i have recently purchased winny injectables,
i have been working out for the last year
i am 19
my weight is 216
down from 230
i am 5 foot 7

i want to lose as much weight as possible nd add muscle
and be more healthy ..

i work out about 5 times a week for atleast 1 hour
my days brake dwn 2

bi's tri's
back
shoulders
legs verry rare!
nd i try to do abs 1 or 2 times a weeks


i am gonna begin my cycle in the next week starting with 50mg every other day i need suggestions on how to get my results before summer and how to get a great deal of change
