    oxys

    hi lads new to this site and was hopeing to get some advice on oxys,ive just finished a ten week cycle of deca and sus with little or no effects to be honest,i was told thet oxys are good for both weight gain and strenght but are very hard on the liver,i was going to run them for 5 weeks along with clomid and liv52,im 6ft1 i weigh 12 stone and train every second day,any help or advise would be gratefull cheers lads

    is that a good or a bad thing,as i said any advise is welcome good or bad,i came on here expectin to get abuse.

    im 32,i know i should come on b4 i started it was stupid of me not to,iv always struggled with my weight and was spending a fortune on gainers,a mate of mine convinced me to do a course of deca so i did,i feel that iv just pissed it all up against the wall

    What doses were you running on your 10 Week cycle of Sust and deca ?
    When did you finish your cycle?
    Are you sure your gear was real?

    i was running 1mil deca 1mil sus twice a week for ten weeks every tuesday and saturday,i finished last saturday week,and as far as i know it was 100 percent,

    What was your exact cycle?
    Why would you want to run more steroid when you didnt respond to the first lot?
    Your very under weight and at 6ft1" 12 stone is nothing and you should put some natural weight on your frame with some solid food and hard training, you need to build a base and its clear you havent, which makes me think your diet needs alot of work, so forget steroids and concentrate on your diet and put on a couple more stone.

    i have a high metabolism and struggle to gain anything no mater what i eat,iv tried verious diets and as soon as i gain its gone again,

    Well your answer isnt in steroids , its in your diet.

    You need to re-design it so you start building natural muscle tissue because if you cant its pointless in using steroids, because as soon as you grow bigger from using AAS you will lose it because you will be unable to maintain it via diet, forget steroids and post your diet in the diet section and ask for help in putting on weight, your way to light to even think about gear.

    Meal 1: Pro/Carb

    8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal

    50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat



    Meal 2: Pro/Fat

    Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies

    55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat



    Meal 3: Pro/Carb

    Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice

    55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
    **Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.


    Meal 4: Pro/Fat

    2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies

    60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat



    Workout


    Meal 5: PWO Nutrition

    2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose

    40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat



    Meal 6: PPWO

    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)

    50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat



    Meal 7: Pro/Fat

    Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
    50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat



    Meal 8: Before Bed

    3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil

    60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat


    That turns into approximately 420 grams protein, 250 grams Carbs, and 83 grams of fat. This is roughly 3500 calories

    ive never tried a diet like that at all, seems like i would be spending more time eating then training,see the thing is i do a 3 cycle shift in work,first week i work 8am to 4pm,next week i work 4pm to 12am,and the following week i work 12am to 8am and that repeats all the time so my eating patron is all over the place,trying to eat that amount when when ur on nights is impossible,

    Well my friend,

    you said you have tried every diet and couldn't gain weight.

    Try this one as best as possible.

    AAS is just not an option for you at this time. It sucks that you work those hours and it effects your diet and training. It is what it is though.

    if you did AAS u would gain some weight but lose it all in a short time

    that sucks man my head is melted over this,so good lean food is the only answer to my problem i guess,i woulldnt mind i went out and the f**ckin oxys yesterday,this might be a stupid question but i was to do a hcg after the course of oxys would that help me keep some of my gains.

    You need to sort your eating habits out and use food choices what will bulk you up, everybody as jobs so just cook all your food for the day and take it with you, you need to concentrate on your food otherwise your wasting your time and effect like you have been, best of luck and head over to the diet section and read the stickies on bulking diets

    Omg nobody asked about this guys PCT? do you know what PCT is bro?
    12 stone.. omfg man.. come to the diet section we need to help you out there... HOW do you know your gear was real? what is 1 ml? there's different kinds and different mg/ml .. do you know what gynocomastia is? i'm sure if you would have known you wouldnt touch gear ..
