    Best gains after PCT without ballooning

    I need help putting together my next cycle. My objective is to put on 5-8 lbs after PCT while continuing to lower body fat. I’m not interested in ballooning by 20 lbs during cycle to have it all lost 60 days later. I would like slow gains that are maintainable. I am a very hard gainer and have a difficult time dropping BF now that I’m over 40. HGH is not an option. I have little kids in the house and would not be comfortable keeping gear in the frig. I have cycled Test E previously with nice gains during cycle but lost most of my lbs. after PCT. I’ve listed below a few compounds I’m considering but would like input from others in my age group. Please do not take cycle costs into account when commenting. I’m willing to pay to achieve my goals.

    Anavar only @ 70mg for 7 wks
    Primobolan only @ 400mg for 12 wks
    Masteron and test
    • Please advise if other compounds would be better

    Stats
    Age 41
    Weight 195
    Height 6' 1"
    BF 16% (I will get down to 12-13% before I start my next cycle)

    Lifts
    Bench 270 x3
    Military 150 x3
    Dead 310 x 5
    Squat 270x5 (very cautious w/ lower body lifts due to recent hernia surgery)

    The bigest reason why members loose there gains is due to there diet during and after the cycle.

    I realize that diet is important to help keep your gains. Any comments about the different compounds I'm considering? I'm trying to put together a cycle that adds quality muscle without a lot of water gains.

    your eventually gonna lose alot of your gains any way you slice it.

    Eq will add slow qual gains w test, pretty low on sides. Tren will add quality gains, high on sides. IF it were me I'd do the masteron and test! Herd mast was gooood w lowish sides and quality gains. Wish I had sum that!
