    ok think I got my $hit together? I hope...

    I'm 6" 192lbs 11% bf

    Starting my first cycle on Monday of test and dbol for kick start. Want to avoid bloat and stay on the lean side.

    I lift hard 3 days a week (gonna try 4 days a week) and cardio 2 times a week for 15-30 min.

    I hit a wall naturally and now it takes forever to gain size and strength. So I guess I would be happy with 5-10 lbs of solid muscle gain. Aside from the water/fat weight of course.

    I will be doing 300mg a week for 10 weeks of Pentradex 300 and stacking 40mg dbol for the first 4 weeks. (or should I do 20mg over a longer period?)

    Then I will be doing the 40/20/20 nolva PCT 21 days after last pin.

    So using the Harris Benedict Formula I got 3160 calories.

    Meal #1

    7-11 Turkey&swiss sub-300/7/39/22
    Banana-200/1/51/2
    1 pint bottle Low fat Chocolate milk (Lehigh Valley)-240/5/60/16
    1 cup coffee little sugar/cream-90/6/8/1

    Meal #2

    Fish oil
    Monster milk-320/9/14/45 (sip on till meal #3)
    1 serving teriyaki beef jerky (Jack Links)-80/1/5/14

    Meal #3

    Chipotle extra chicken bowl w/corn,lettus,rice-600/19/40/68

    Meal #4 Pre workout

    6oz skinless chicken brest-220/2.5/0/50
    1 sweet potato-212/6/37/3.6

    Meal #5 Post workout

    Monster Milk-320/9/14/45 (drink all at once)
    Snickers bar-271/13.6/34.5/4.3

    Meal #6

    Flaxseed oil
    1 can of tuna in water- 220/5/0/41

    Total:
    Cal/fat/carbs/protein
    3073/84.1/302.5/311.9

    Thats on Honest diet! Bud I would maybe pack a Lunch from Home though.

    I plan to but I just want to make realistic goals for myslef. I have a super busy lifestyle and sometimes I just don't have the time. Either way I plan on switching it up a little every day.

    For example my breakfast meal might look like this the following day.

    1 cup cream of wheat-149/1/32/4
    1 cup egg whites-117/0/2/26
    1 cup skim milk-92/.2/13/9.5
    1 cup coffee little sugar/cream-90/6/8/1

    You know keep it interesting and easy but with in range of my goals.

    300 mgs a week is pretty low even for 1st cycle
    Pct seems pretty week most would say add clomid and do 4 week pct minimum
    something like this.

    nolva 40/20/20/20
    clomid 100/50/50/50

    Is that a blend of different test esters?

    your calories seem low do you know your tdee (maint. level)

    i think you need to go to the diet area and sort your diet out before you start also u want to be at least 400 500 mg a week on your first cycle why not try a cyp or enan cycle would go down better

    I didn't want to go overboard on my first. I figured stacking w/40mg of dbol would be enough or should I just do 20mg for 8 weeks? I heard it's actually easier on your liver that way? Also this is basically my only choice. This is my only source. It's actually hard for me to find AAS. Not lookin hard enough I guess.

    I will add clomid to my 4 week pct.

    Yeah it has short and long esters.

    My tdee is 3160 if I did the math right. It's hard for me to eat this much. I hope on cycle I will be hungry more often. Then I can add some more cals and protein.

    Naturally I take in about 2500 cals and about 250gm protein and gain but it's slow.

    nothing is wrong blending but i would rather base it out on just cyp or enat being so simple that is what i would of done if i was in his case

    If I could get some I probably would. As a matter a fact I would just do a straight 500mg of test e a week for 10 weeks if I could find some.

    What's wrong with Monster Milk? The Snickers is to replenish the glycogen post work out. I don't see how it's bad? As long as the numbers add up at the end of the day.

    I eat worse than this everyday and maintain 10%bf. I consider myself to be pretty strong for a natural lifter of my size. I'm looking for help and to say it's the worst diet you've seen posted in a long time seems kinda a stretch.
