Help my schedule my Gyno surgery

current progression thread : In pursuit of leaness

Ok guys, ever since the other day when my friend said he could see my gyno through my shirt I couldn't stop thinking about it. Because I have Kuwaiti citizenship all medical care is free.

Anyways I made up a lame excuse saying I couldn't sleep properly cause of the pain, the doctor said even if it's just for cosmetic reasons they'll still operate, so I just told him my whole story.

Anyways I don't know when I should do this surgery. This summer (around mid June, i'm going to be traveling so it needs to happen before then).

Now, i've just come off cycle and started PCT, things so far are great, and i'm happy with the gains i've made. I'm still cutting with cardio and a strict diet, i've shed another 2.2 pounds this week which i'll update my log with and post my bi weekly photo.

Should I do the surgery as soon as possible?

Should I do it right before I travel?

Should I do it in 2 months or so time?

Keep in mind i'm only asking about this because I want to be able to minimize any gains I lose in the 2 weeks downtime, so let me know which would be the best option.

I realize that the average down time from gym will be 2 or so weeks (that will be the longest time i've ever been out of the gym) and i'm really afraid of losing gains just sitting doing jack shite for 2 weeks.

So when do you think if the best time for the surgery to take place?

wtf? Seriously? I went through a few gyno surgery threads in the past and I remember most people saying that the doctor told them not to go to gym for the first two weeks...after that they could...-

Hey I know it can be really annoying, but you still have a decent amount of fat on your torso. I would suggest staying with your proposed cut until you get down to around 10% bodyfat or so and see if it improves. I used to have some minor gyno that is pretty much unnoticeable now after I cut down.

I have big lumps almost the size of a cherry, also there was a lot of fat build up in my chest during the cycle. I think they'll remove the glands and suction out some fat, Idk need to talk to the specialist first.

Anyways going to be cutting like mad until the operation, I know I still have a good 8 kilos of body fat left to lose to get ripped.
