    Question family emergency {need help fast got to leave in a hour}

    my grandmother is on her death bed i have to head home for a week i was wondering if i still take the pins im taking and not work out is that ok im taking 625mg of test-e pins sunday night and wed mornig and its a small town and dont have a gym wondering if it is gona hurt anything please wright back soon gota take off in like a hour

    im gona be gone for a week so its ok to take the pin wed and sunday without working out i mean i will go on a run and stuff i can do around the house push up,crunchs stuff like that just want to make sure its fine you know
