What to do about bad acne now that accutane is off the market?

My list guy has been out since dec... So i assume he is not getting it anymore. What am I going to do about my bad acne now that I cant get accutane. I Heard something about the antibiotic sodium sulfacetamide, which kills the bacteria that causes acne. Has anyone used this? or knows anything about it? ..where to get it? (besides a doctor)

I use an antibiotic called Solodyn (minocycline). It has worked wonders for me. I also use it in conjunction with Retin-A Micro gel and Differin cream. The Solodyn has been amazing though. I had bad cystic acne on my lower back and love handle area and I am pretty much cleared up now.

The cream will dry your face out pretty bad, the gel is not so bad. If you can get your hands on Retin-A gel, and use it wisely it will do wonders for your acne.
