    Muscle Cramps/Pumps

    Running Tbol @ 60mg. [solo]

Is it common to experience painful muscle cramps from oral-only cycles?
    ---
I've not experienced any yet, but I have had some extremely painful ones that last 10-15 seconds in the past while being on a full cycle..
so this is just an inquiry concerning Oral-only
    .
    ---
Any way around them? (Taurine, I've read)

Taurine does help with cramps. I`m not a fan of TBOL myself it's simply too weak and I`m quite frankly shocked you are getting any serious side effects from that dose.

    Not oral - only though.

And yeah, my cramps were in my jaw & calves.
I would say that the calve ones were the hardest to deal with.

Sounds like dehydration to me, try taurine and drink more water.

    All I drink is water.
I will begin Taurine supplementation though.

(I haven't experienced any cramps thus far, day 2 )

I had very painful lower back pumps from orals (tbol, dbol , adrol), try drinking a lot more water and using around 200mg aspirin before doing whatever you have to (lifting or cardio), I've found this to help.
