Clen and Ketotefin

Ok I cannot seem to find an answer for this. I just realized that taking benedryl with clen does NOT work. I decided to order liquid keto, but how much am i supposed to take a day with the clen?

Ok I actually realized i spelt it wrong thats why i couldnt find my answer, but i found it. 2-3 MG a day.

My other question now is, after two weeks straight of clen , do i take the keto for weeks 3-4 or how long should it be taken for? I read that after about 1 week the beta receptors will be back to normal so can you run a protocol similar to this?

Weeks 1 and 2 - Clenbuterol
Weeks 3 - Clen and Keto
Weeks 4 and 5 - Clen

...or should it be run a different way?

Ketotifen can be dosed at 1mg/day and take at night because it makes you drowsy.

Once you start the keto at the end of week two, do not stop the use until done with cycle completely.

What is the average cycle for clen then? 6 weeks? (First two weeks straight clen then last 4 clen/keto?)

In other words your cycle should look like this

Weeks 1 and 2 --- Clen
Weeks 3 and 4 --- Clen/Keto
Weeks 5 and 6 --- Clen/ Keto


Now say I find that my body can handle 150mg or w/e of clen after day 11....i should be running this dose until the end of week 6 right?

depends on the concentration, it should say 1mg/mL or something similar which means 1mg per 1mL

Holy sh!t thats why i'm constantly starving hahahah. Thats a good thing though for me and my carb cycling diet.

what do you guys do when your hit with the severe hunger attacks, just wait for your next meal while starving? that kind of sucks to hear
