    Question Run DNP during Last 3 weeks of PCT??

    has anyone out there ran a 3 week cycle of dnp during the final 3 weeks of PCT? if so, any problems or good results?

    its probably better not to so you can lift harder and focus on keeping your cycle gains

    but i guess an argument can be made for it also

    yeah, i thought that might hender my ability to continue to workout hard based on how people say the feel on dnp .

    when do you think would be a good time to run dnp after cycle or do you suggest it at all?

    is the purpose of your cycle fat loss? or muscle gain?

    DNP is harsh stuff... you feel like a big sweaty stinky pile of lethargic garbage. that being said, it IS effective

    post some stats and goals and i can give you my opinion bro

    presently 3 weeks into a sustanon (500mg q 4 days) with 10mg tamoxifen daily, im at 17% body fat. 27 years old, 5'11" 200-205lbs.

    my goal is to gain muscle/strength, but in the end i want to shred any fat that is still possible to lose. i want to get to around 10-12%bf within 4 months.

    im having tremendous gains so far even though its just 3 weeks in. i started at 195 lbs.

    its definitely a good way to shred fat

    if youre more concerned with keeping your new muscle, then i would just use clen /t3 towards the end of the cycle, and switch to something like helios or ECA during PCT. theyre very effective.

    but if youre more concerned with lower body fat and still have a lot to lose before you need to be shredded, then i'd say go for it... but READ LOTS before you take it because it should not be taken lightly... its a very dangerous poison (yes, it IS poison) and you must know what youre doing

    DNP during pct = DUMB.. more than dumb.. it ='s IDIOCY..
    you will kill your stamina, your energy, your glycogen reserves and put you in a calorie deficit.. during your most fragile and catabolic phase... it would be like 2 steps forward then 3 steps ba... actually its more like 2 steps forward then fall on your face ><
