Just ordered an 8 litre canister - bit pricey but am keen to try it after deadlifts - when I finish a set of deads I am so out of breath I actually feel like I'm having a panic attack - it is horrible - if a few blasts on some O2 will help alleviate that then I'll have a crack!

I have no idea How more oxygen can help when most people here are probable sating in the high 90s%. once you hit a 100% saturation in your cells which is not hard for a healthy person, what good does more oxygen do. I think its all in yur head.

IMO oxygen would best be utilized during high intensity cardio or low intensity empty stomach cardio, the reason being that lipolysis occurs best in an oxygen saturated (aerobic) environment, hence why we use the "talking test" to deteremine if we are in or close to an aerobic state, so if we could increase the oxygen levels in our body we could output more effort and burn more calories while still maintaining an aerobic state.

well i haven't actually used it "in" the gym. just before and after, but would be interesting to use while on the stair-stepper. wonder if this may help with the tren sides? all cardio seems to be a bitch on tren.
