    alternative to AI's for bloating?

    anything I could use other than Adex or aromasin or something like that for bloating purposes? I am hesitant to use them at this point because I have no gyno issues but I am bloating from the dbol I am using with my current test and deca cycle. I heard dandelion root is good for that maybe. Anyone have any opinions? Or would anything OTC be much less effective for bloating than adex at 0.25 eod?

    Do you consume any diary? ...Hows your sodium intake? ....Only thing i can think of is controling your diet...

    ..Also why dont you want to use an AI? you worried its going to hinder your gains?

    Then, you can add mesterolone.

    I do not consume any dairy at all. My diet is excellent. Sodium intake is very low. I have yet to steer from my macros so far this cycle and havent had a cheat meal

    Yes I am a little worried it might hinder gains. I know .25 is a low dose but I dunno. Would an AI be much better than an OTC supplement?

    its a DHT and its good for you lol
    honestly.. easiest way to decrease bloating is to use less compounds or lower amount OF compounds that aromatize

    nah dude I'm not changing my cycle. The bloating isnt too bad, its just gotten worse these last two days. I am only close to two weeks in and my dosages are low (40mg dbol , 625 test, 400 deca )

    dam proviron looks expensive. Are there any negatives to taking it? I know a little bit about it but not too much. I guess I'll start reading up on it finally

    its oral mast.. and it is pricy..

    I mentioned before that it is very good and sodium is very low. Maybe a tad carb heavy, which adds to the bloating I suppose. Macros are 296/371/108, 3,600 calories and I am 5'9 191lbs

    have you ever used dandelion root?

    higher carb intake = greater water retention .. since your body stores about a 4:1 ratio of water to glycogen

    do you think 370 is too high for carbs for someone my weight? I would say it probably is even up to 385 or so daily. Should I add more protein and decrease the carbs?

    btw I read the profile on proviron , looks like it enhances the effectiveness of the gear I am taking. I think I will save it for a future cycle

    I know someone who is taking 20mg / day of Proviron for bloating and it works for him.

    Just roll with the bloat bro. You are bulking right? Its just water that will come right off as soon as you drop the compounds.

    This is what I was saying about bloating though everyone says its all diet, its not its a big part of it but how will diet control how much estrogen is in your body, it cant an AI will though.

    ehhh going to miami in two weekends. gonna be shirtless this weekend (though no one important will see me). Ill still be cycling throughout june too when its really hot. I kind of dont want the bloat during those times. I might try dandelion root first and then just do adex if I really have to
