1st Cycle q's
Ok so I’m planning my first cycle. Done a fair amount of research but obviously want to run it by you guys to make sure everything is all good.
My Goal is to bulk up a fair bit, I am a ‘hard gainer’.
AGE:26
Height:186cm
WEIGHT:161pounds
Don’t know my body fat percentage but I have attached a photo so you can see I am fairly lean.
Been training for 3 years now, very hard to put on weight. I do weights 3 times a week, Monday, Tuesday and Friday. I lift for about 1.5 hours each session. On Thursdays I do a 10k run (which I know isn’t ideal for bulking but running makes me feel real good). Nutrition is very good I have at 5-10 of my ‘five’ a day. Lots of carbs, 150g of protein a day, I eat every 3 hours.
All suggestions very much welcome how I can bulk up, here is the first cycle I may run:
Test E 500 And Deca 300 once a week, inject both once a week on Monday.
Test E for 12 weeks, Deca for 10
PCT clomid & nolva.
What do you think?

did I read this right. a 500 mg shot of test in one ML. I bet that would sting. but I would still be very interested.
your cycle as oultined above is tried and true. It will work fine and for your first cycle I think your doses are inline. I would get an AI like adex or letro just in case you have some nipple issues. and I always recommend some HCG during PCT.

I would split your pins up into two different times per week (mon morning thrus night or something like that)... it will make your levels more stable.

1. if that is ur pic, u are one hairy SOB, trim that shit soon or it will be in a ponytail.
2. u may not be a hardgainer, u dont eat to grow. 150gm protein is not enough.
3. u really are skinny at that weight. think ur 6'1 and less then 170lbs.
learn to eat my friend and u will be amazed at how fast u grow...

Test E 12 weeks 500mg pw x2 injections
Kick with Dbol wks 1-4 30-50mg PD split dosages am/pm
Run UDCA, NAC, or Liv52 for liver
PCT 14 days after last pin
Save deca for when you have more cycles under your belt.
I'd suggest training more then 3 days PW. Your recovery time will double what it is now enabling you to train more often. I'd also up macros.

I'd say you need way more protein and most likely more solid calories. Hawaiian is deffinetly right about the 3 days lifting per week, your recovery time is going to be crazy fast, you might want to add a day or 2.

Coolio, I will split my pins into two shots – Mon morn and Thurs afternoon. I think I do need to eat more calories – I do not count how many I eat but I’m guessing it’s not enough.
Mooseman, I like my hair – not worry bout that but yea I am going to up my protein to 170g or so… Also, from what I have heard about Deca – I think I will leave it for now and just kick start with Dbol . So my first cycle will look like this:
-Dbol for 4 weeks, two injections a day am/pm of 30mg
-Test E for 12 weeks, two injections a week Mon Morn and Thurs eve
-Liv52
-PCT – Clomid and Nolva two weeks after last pin
-170g Protein a day
-3,000 calories a day
Weights four times a week
I’m 161lb atm, lets see what happens! Is there anything else I should be taking into consideration? Possibably regarding side effects etc…
