    Exclamation Newbie lookin for advice

    Hey guys I have been checking out these forums for several days and have been trying to do as much research as possible. I am looking at buying some ar-r clen but i'm not really sure how much I would need and how much of a dose I would need to take. Like I said I am a total newbie when it comes to this, clen will be my first time ever doing this stuff.

    I am 18 yrs old and weigh 240, I am 6'1" and my BF% is roughly 25% =/
    I eat pretty good imo, 6-8 meals a day depending on my school schedule.

    Meal 1: 1/4 cup of oats, 1/2 cup of milk, 1 tbs of peanut butter, 3 tbs of splenda <-- my oatmeal, 1 banana, and a protein shake (2 scoops of ON Whey protein, and 12 oz. of milk.)

    Meal 2: 4 oz. of chicken and 1/2 cup of rice
    Meal 3: " "
    Meal 4: " "

    Meal 5: 4 oz. chicken or 6 oz. of fish and 1 cup of veggies

    Meal 6: Post workout meal (2 pieces of white bread, banana, 8oz. of 100% apple juice, protein shake, <--same as breakfast)

    Meal 7: 6 oz. of beef and 2 eggs and 4 egg whites (dont know if it makes a difference but i usually just drink the eggs.)

    Meal 8: protein shake (1 scoop of ON Casein protein) 1 tbs of peanut butter.

    Now this meal plan is what I am on as of right now, which I am trying to cut down, it is around 2800 calories. I am doing cardio (HIIT before workout, my trainer strongly believes in the anabolic window so no cardio after our workout). I am also taking some supplements; T-bomb, ON Men's One a Day multi vitamin, and fish oil along with my protein and Jack3d. I am wanting to add clen to really help me get cut up like a mother f*****. I would love some advice from some vets who have taken clen before and might know how to set up a dosing plan for me. I am totally open to suggestions and constructive criticism.

    They are going to tell you that you are way too young and to go read to diet forums and that u should be able to lose all the fat with cardio and diet alone

    clen can be used at your age -here is how i used to run it-

    day 1- 20mcg

    day 2- 40mcg

    day 3- 60mcg

    day 4 - 80mcg

    day 5- 100mcg

    day 6- 120mcg

    stay at 120mcg for 2 days and then go back down the way you came up -

    around 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

    Yea i was actually a little worried about using clen at first until I read some threads with guys my age using it and how it was fine, but it did strike me at first. So if i were wanting to get down to around 10-12% BF and say maybe 200-210 how many cycles do you guys think? maybe 2-3 cycles should get me there? (Sorry about all these newbie questions)

    That was some very good info, thanks a bunch! I appreciate the help and not getting flammed. Definitely answered some questions I had lingering.
    I also wanted to point out that I will be using Clen as a supplement, not the corner stone of my regimen, if that really matters or not. And I have one more question, at least right now, would it be safe, or smart for that matter, to stack Clen with T-Bomb or no? Would that really even make sense?

    You can run Clen by itself right? Or would I also need Taurine? When I read up on it yall suggest to use taurine along side. Also if im doing 2 weeks on/2 weeks off I would need to use some Benadryl after the cycle correct? if so is it a regular thing like 1 dose of benadryl every night for say a week or just one night and its good? any and all help is MUCH appreciated. trying to be as safe as possible!
