    Winny only cycle

    I am about to start of a 6-8 week cycle of winny orally (6-8 weeks). I heard that you can get lean gains using winny and wanted to know if my expectations are within reason.

    Right now I'm:

    32 yrs old
    175 lbs
    16% BF

    Goal:

    180 lbs
    ~10% BF

    I'll admit that I have to make some mods to my diet, (specifically during lunch), aside from that I eat around 5-6 times a day. I dont really count carbs but I get around 140 to 160g of protein every day.

    I train 4 times a week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Once I start my cycle I plan to do go 5 times a week.

    As for my PCT I was planning on using Nolva with HCG

    I would fix your diet first, and up your cardio.

    What dose were you planning on running the winny?

    I wouldn't really expect any significant results from winny at 16%BF.

    HCG isn't usually ran in PCT, it's ran during intense cycles that can really shut you down. Thus making PCT a little easier.

    I agree with what D7M said. Winny seems more beneficial the lower your bodyfat is. Get your diet in check first and then approach AAS. In the meantime, look around and do some research.

    Thanks for the response.....in the past I've tried dieting and cardio...but end up losing a lot of weight. I have a lot of trouble gaining weight.....but since I wasnt looking to add 20-30 pounds ...I decided to give Winny a try since it does produce some lean mass gains.....

    All suggestions welcomed!

    extremely unrealistic no offense..that would be like a 15-20 pound lean muscle gain in 6-8 weeks (a 6% bodyfat drop while gaining 5 pounds)..like others have said though make sure the diet is in check and best of luck

    I wouldn't run an oral that long either. Much less winny! I made the mistake of running oral winny that long (long time ago..). Lots of sides towards the end and destroyed my lipid profiles and liver levels.

    winn only cycle is a bad idea,,

    do some research and try again..

    look at VAR for eight weeks with some clen along with a clean diet and cardio is your best bet..
