    TRT therapy and the Gym advice

    I am on my way with TRT have not nailed the final doses yet but it will be around 200-300mg test cyp per week not sure of the HCG yet and hopefully add something for some real bad joint pain,as a side benefit to the therapy what can I expect in the gym?
    Currently I am 6'4 48 years old about 240lb 25%BF and going down, 3 months ago it was about 30%,I have been on a very strick diet 250-300g protein, 125 carb, 30fat whey protein BCAA's glutimine creatine daily.Hit the gym hard and have noticed some good gains everywhere, so the question is:
    I am not looking for the hulk look but definately am interested in seeing what I can do with TRT maybe adding something to help me along, any kind words of advice or what I realisticaly could expect.

    I'm 50 and did my first cycle last year. Good on you. Hope you feel terrific. I'll let the more experienced users give the AAS advice.

    Wow....how did you get 200-300 a week....

    most Dr.'s are at 100 maybe 200 a week....as this will get you into the normal
    range for most.

    Starting TRT was one of the best things that I have done. I am at 100 a week, but an trying to get it bumped to 200 a week.

    For cycling just bump it up to 500 a week with cyp or enth., bank the test you get from your Dr. to use later.

    Run for 10-12 weeks then drop back to TRT dosage. No need for PCT because you are cruising on TRT.

    Do try to get HCG to keep your goodies in tact and an AI for bloating and gyno.

    I have not been able to get HCG yet, still working on it. Had a bit of shrinkage, but their not rasins by any means.

    My current doc's regiment(dont think he know what he is doing)started me out 400mg wait 3 weeks and see how i am doing, 500mg etc...but I think I am on the right track just not 100% sure on final #'s

    What about HCG if you have had a vasectomy?
    I have been reading about Test cyp/prop is this an avenue I should look at
