    Athlete here

    I need to go on a cycle in season
    im playing basketball atm
    Im wondering what cycle could i go on that would make me more explosive stronger without effecting my endurance
    i mostly want explosive
    i know its mostly the way you train but do you guys have any suggestions on what i should take
    would be appreciated thanks a lot
