I'm trying to drop some weight and have been successful with my diet but I was thinking of adding Clen back in. The reason I only want to take it 3 days a week is because it effect my cardio and I train in MMA. I was thinking I could take the Clen on Fri-Sun and take the rest of the week off. I know it has a shelf life of 48 hours but I was thinking I could train Mon-Thurs. and take the Clen on my off training days.

Will this work at all?

Or, should I just take the Clen for 2 weeks on as is typical and just deal?
