Deca would be the choice in this situation. It will help to decrease inflammation of the ligaments, tendons and joint capsule structures. You will get accelerated healing of all tissues from nitrogen retention.

The water retention from some steroids could actually put even more pressure on the ligaments/tendons. Growth Hormone is what you are looking for as it helps repair connective tissue!

normally the mcl is a no surgery injury! now deca may help but u cant do it alone ive always known it to lubricate more than to repair ligaments. u would need a test base which will have the opposite effect and slow repair. as rr said gh is the magic button in ur situation. kinda pricey but if u have insurance search for a doc that uses it in his practice!
