    How long should recovery take? Please help

    Alrite guys like some of you guys already know I was on AAS for a total of 11 months. ( 2 cycles with 1 bridge ) After the 2nd cycle I have decided to go on a pct and 3 weeks in I am feeling like serious sh*t. I have no energy to do anything , I am forcing myself to go to the gym to maintain muslces mass and so far its working well but i still feel horrible.

    My pct is as follows.
    week 1 2500iu hcg , 200mg clomids ed and 40mg nolva ed
    week 2 2500iu hcg, 100mg clomids ed and 40mg nolva ed
    week 3 1000iu hcg, 100mg clomids ed and 40mg nolva ed
    week 4 50mg clomids ed, 40mg nolva ed
    week 5 50mg clomids ed, 20mg nolva ed
    week 6 same as above
    week 7 same as above

    Now in week 3 i feel worse then ever and want to know from your experience how long can i expect to feel this way and by what bench mark should I be seeing my testes go back to there normal size? thanks guys.

    Why didn't you run HCG before starting the clomid/nolva?

    ..and why so much clomid?

    My "standard" PCT is..
    Nolva @ 40/20/20/20
    and
    Clomid @ 70/35/35/35

    He needs a very aggressive PCT. THe one you proposed is very weak. I do agree that running the clomid at 200mg was too high but at 100mg he should be fine.

    OP, your pct is alright.

    it may take up to about 3 months to recover.

    some are lucky and recover in less time.

    by the way throw some aromasin in that mix cs i bet its the estrogen from hcg and the clomid sides that are making you feel like shit.

    I ran hcg from day 1 through 3rd week of pct. And I ran so much to have an agressive pct. Rite now I am doing 100mg clomids and 40 nolva.
    Can I use adex insted to prevent estrogen sides from the clomids?

    No I am not 17 years old!

    What are the best signs that my natural test levels are back to a normal level with out getting blood work done?
