    Pinning through tattoos?

I've heard myths about having tattoo sleeves and people saying "good luck giving blood etc"

    Any truth there?

I'm sleeved as well and they do have trouble sometimes, think it depends on the person doing it and how vascular you are though. If your worried about pinning through it for an im injection though I don't have a problem with it. Wouldn't do it through fresh ink or just before getting some work done.

My right forearm is covered. They have no problem finding a vein, they are the parts of the tattoos that look 3d

If the injection goes bad (gets red, swollen) or you just have a bad reaction to w/e your using. If taken proper care when injecting it should be fine but sh^t happens. My tattoo guy won't do any work if there are any issues with my skin. Just my experience and $.02 though.
