Many studies show that there is little if any difference in adsorption between Sub-Q and Intramuscular injections.
but i would believe that a water based test suspension would be quite irritating if not painful under the skin. Maybe go for an oil based.

Thats what i was lead to believe by what i have read.
Supose i just need someone with past experience.
Pinnacles homebrew in the homebrew stickies says the shot is pain free, but in not sure if he is talking about subq or IM.
Thanks for ur input

It isn't the pain of the injection, it should be pain free if you ahve your BA/BB ratio correct. But its more the post injection pain. Once the water is absorbed, it will leave behind sharp test crystals which will stab into surrounding tissue causing discomfort. This is why i recommend you make test suspension in oil.

that is the brew, it is oil based
i get u now, obviously water would absore into the body quiqker than an oil based shot and leave the TNE behind

I've shot TNE in oil...through a 1/2" slin pin, however, I was in single digit BF % doing it, and I'm thin skinned anyway. Pecs, quads, delts.
My shots were painless, and I had good results.
