How many of you follow Ronnie Roland's Reload, deload plan?
Do you like it? is it working better for you? Also, after pct is complete, it is not clear to me how long to be off aas before beginning another cycle. Help, Plz!!!

I've been on it for 5 months now and am about to start PCT in about 3-4 weeks. I like it and have seen results. General rule of the thumb is time on= time off as far as cycles go.

still confused
so... the same with the "Roland" workout? 8 wks. + 2 wks. off then 8 wks, on = 16 wks. on.. So 16 wks. off? Total? is that including my 6 wks. pct or excluding?

I've been using ronnie's slingshot training without any gear, and i must say it worked great for my body! So far this is my favourite program by far!
Now I'm trying it again with some test and dbol using his slingshot cycling method, and I'm expecting an even better result!
