First Cycle Winstrol advise pls.

Hi im 30 years old and have trained for e few years. My weight is 84k, and im 178cm. Thinking of trying a 30 days Stanozolol frist time cycle...

Thinking about doing it like this:

Day 1-30 with 40-50mg Stanozolol oral. (20 in morning 20-30 before training)
Day 1-30 Milk Thistel
Day 1-30 Glucosamin and a few days after and 10 days before aswell.

Also i keep taking: CLA, Omega-3 and some multi and C vitamin.

PCT. I was thinking Nolva for PCT, Day 1: 80mg and then 20mg ed for 14 days, Is it to little or too much?

Right now im training 5 days a week, and im thinking about doing the same on the cycle and maybe even 6 days a week. Not so much Cardio then just walk. Because i heard its no good with hard Cardio right???

So come on guys pls give me some advise or have i missed something?

I also is thinking abput addin Anavar to the cycle, Should i do that? The i was thinking 20mg ed for the last 15 days in the cycle? Is it good to do that or shit?

You should never do a winstrol only cycle bro not good at all. You want test as a base when running your cycle.

I would say could take winstrole together whit Nandrolone decanoate,its a good starting cycle no need for any testo, see how this goes.

But i would say 2mounth 8week not only 4 weeks.

you must be single....haha lol just kidding man, but honestly that advice you gave is no good man, talk about adding fuel to the fire thats already raging. Like I said bro you always want to have test in your cycle as a base man I may not be 100% correct but from all the info I have read you want to run test in all your cycles as a base. Deca and winni is not a good cycle.
