Do i need an estrogen blocker with this? i've read mixed answers.

it is a progesterone wich means it will have minimal effects on your estrogen receptors. it is your choice whether or not you take one during your cycle. you will however need a pct after you are completed with your cycle.how are you thinking on dossing it?

since its my first time probably 4 weeks- 25/50/50/75 and im going to document my maxs before and after. im lifting with a bad left arm that i broke march 2009. it looked like an "s" litarally.

im 18, i weigh 170 pounds. and im 6 feet tall.
