Gyno developing on Tren/Prop/Proviron!

My current cycle is:

- Weeks 1-9 --> Test P @ 50 mg ED
- Weeks 1-3 --> Tren A @ 40 mg ED
- Weeks 4-5 --> Tren A @ 60 mg ED
- Weeks 6-7 --> Tren A @ 70 mg ED
- Weeks 8-9 --> Tren A @ 75 mg ED
- 10 day after week 9 --> Test P @ 100 mg ED
- Weeks 1-3 --> Proviron @ 100 mg ED
- Weeks 4-10 --> Proviron @ 150 mg ED

I am about to finish week 7.

After the 5th injection i started to feel Gyno symptoms but it really gone without taking SERMs or any AI (puffy nipples was there but without any lump, itching or even pain)

Yesterday, i was checking my nipples and i found that my left nipple got a small lump (exactly round with same size like this face diameter of 3mm = 0.12") when i press it, it really hurts.

I took:

25 mg Aromasin (every 24 hours)
1.25 mg Bromocriptine (1.25mg AM & 1.25 PM)
10mg Nolva (every 24 hours)

(Wanted to take 12.5 mg Aromasin ED but can't split it, check the photo, it's like the photo but white round pills)

- What do you think?
- Would this reduce the newly formed lump?
- Would this also reduce my puffy nipples?
- Any other recommendation?
