On day 1 with frontload...

..do I do 500 mg (2ml) all in one shot or do i do 2 shots at seperate injection points, each 250 mg (1 ml each)? Im going to be doing test e 500mg a week. Im mostly asking because ive heard about the soreness after you inject and I would assume 2ml in one spot would hurt more than 1ml in two seperate spots. Thanks for the help
