    Which cycle would be best for me?

    Im new to the steroid scene and after 3.5 years of hard training i finally think im ready. Im 19 years old 6'1 and 280... i have alot of muscle but i nice size gut... everywhere besides my stomach is mostly muscle

    i want to cut down to 220 and be ripped... but i dont want to take a cycle to gain weight... i need a cutting cycle.. i hit the gym 5 days a week, do cardio from time to time but if on cycle id be doing it atleast 3-4 times a week... and my diet needs work but again if on cycle id make sure diet is clean

    Let me be the first of many, way too young and way too much bodyfat. Fix your diet and keep training hard and then think about this again in 4-6 years minimum.

    wow, from 280 to 220..... bro aas will NOT help you to achieve that. plus you are too young. "cardio from time to time" whats that? do some serious cardio adjust you diet and wait for some years. i have a friend that lost 80 pounds in 6 mounts doing just boot camps after boot camps and rigorous diet.

    this advice depresses me... i feel like as if i dont look the way i should after almost 4 years of training.. its all my diet... someone needs to slap the shit outta me till i realize how important diet is

    time to time.. i mean like once maybe twice a week.. yeah i lost 40 pounds when i pledged my fraternity but gained that back shortly after.. i guess i just have to stop being a baby and eat right

    you still have a lot of natural potential to uncover at 19. Enjoy it while its there.. cycle later when you're body is more mature and hits a plateau.. you're an f'n monster too bro. You can shape that up naturally and have a great athletic future ahead of you. Don't screw it up by doing gear too early. All the best.
